About Project
The project included complete construction works on a residential building in Užice, including foundations, masonry, facade, installations, and finishing works. Special focus was on material quality and precise execution to ensure the building is functional, energy-efficient, and aesthetically aligned with the urban environment. The project was carried out in collaboration with AG Gradnja – Damsel d.o.o, aiming for maximum coordination and efficiency in work execution. The project includes complete masonry and construction works.
Challenges
Work took place in an urban environment, requiring precise material logistics and coordination with neighboring buildings, while adhering to all safety standards.
Solutions
Detailed phased material delivery was organized, safety standards were applied, and continuous quality control was maintained throughout all stages.
