About Project
Tara Panorama represents a contemporary multi-functional complex comprising 6 separate buildings, 5 plus 1 main arched building. AG Gradnja was the main coordinator for professional employment of craft construction workers who worked on reinforced concrete works, prestressing of load-bearing elements, finishing works on ground floor arrangement, installation of waterproofing to masonry works. Due to the location in the heart of Tara National Park, special focus was placed on logistical organization, safety, and efficiency of work execution.
Challenges
Working in one of the busiest locations in the city required precise logistics planning.
Solutions
Just-in-time delivery system introduced to avoid congestion, with massive concrete slabs poured during night shifts.
